Everyone enjoys weekends, me too! Finally saturday came... It's time to rest & enjoy. I never step out from my house for any activities like yum cha, shopping, gym etc during week days. So busy of my study -.- I woke up at 12p.m sharp today. Thank u for my alarm - sister. My bro called her & asked her to keep those clothes in since the weather is like owh-so-cloudy. After she ended the call, she woke me up and said : 'boon, u're awake rite? Go and keep those clothes in.' What? I'm still sleeping and she wake me up. Gosh. The only conclusion is : She is really a 'great sister'. LOL. At last, I did help her. *good sister* Hahahaha self compliment. After finished some simple house chore then had my brunch. Rojak mee from PJ section 17. Yumyumm. Lol. Don't hav any photo for the rojak, i'm too eager to eat. My bad :/ Another thing is I've to maintain my body figure since CNY is coming. So lets take a look for what i did. #1 Never ever ' For me, this is such a difficult task. I believe that all my frens know that i'm a foodie and I couldn't live without food. 1 bowl of curry mee, 1 plate of rice, 1 pack of instant mee is always not enuf to me. But now, i'm trying my best not to tambah nasi. And it seems like i'm sucess! I nvr tambah nasi for about 1 weeks :) #2 Say NO to Supper is a meal eaten before going to bed. I love to hav supper when i stay up late. This is because i usually hav my dinner quite early. After few hours, i feel hungry again since my dinner is totally digested. And what? It's already middle of the night. When i was hestitating, my brain wil automaticlly pop out 'Don care lah, one time only.....' then i wil crave for food and end up with gaining of weight. *sigh* So i've quit supper for almost 1 month. No supper to me anymore, if i feel hungry, i will go to to bed immediately or else i will drink some water. But luckily after all the sufferings, my craving for food NO MORE. Weeeee~ #3 Increase my physical activities. I stop my gym for few months since my sis duwant to accompany me. Sob sob... Once i've free time and good mood, i will go for an evening walk. Not only burn calories... It also boost my mood, clear my mind, and help me to get a good night sleep. So why not? Seems like i'm turning my *sleep early *eat properly *exercise regularly Teheee~ Hope i can maintain it lar, nt only for CNY k :D tagboard.
